Annual General Meeting

During the AGM, three new board members will be elected.

Do you know someone committed to strengthening the interests of the Swedish business community in Hong Kong? Someone who can help shape the future of the chamber? Maybe it's you!

Take the chance to nominate your candidate (or yourself) for the board of directors, after confirming their interest.

Who: To be eligible for election as a director, a person must be nominated by an Ordinary Member. The candidate must be an employee of a Member Company. Only one nomination per member is allowed.

When and how: The written nominations must be received by the Chamber Office between April 3 and April 19 together with a written acceptance by the person nominated.

The Chairman is retiring but is eligible for re-election. A Director retiring at the General Meeting, and eligible for re-election, may be elected without nomination notice in advance.
