Refund Policy
Event Registration Policy:
- Cancellations must be provided in writing to: chamber@swedcham.com.hk at least two working days prior for events for a full refund excluding the admin fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
- In the event of Typhoon Signal 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be canceled. Registrants will be contacted separately regarding alternative arrangements.
