Let's go plogging!

Joining the World Cleanup Day, the Sustainability Committee of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is happy to announce the next plogging day on Saturday, 14th of September!

Plogging is the latest fitness craze from Sweden. From the Swedish "plocka upp" (to 'pick up'), plogging combines jogging and picking up rubbish.

Meeting at Mui Wo Pier, we will run/hike to Discovery Bay collecting rubbish along the way. At Discovery Bay, we will have a light lunch thanks to our generous sponsor Stadium Hong Kong. We will provide you with gloves and bags for collecting rubbish, but make sure to bring your own water bottle!

A gift card of 250 HKD from Plastic-free HK​​ will be awarded to the plogger who picks up the most rubbish, and the plogger who posts the most innovative plogging picture on Instagram.
