Summer is slowly coming to an end - but the fun has just begun! With a new semester coming up the SwedCham Young Professionals invites you to an evening with kubb in one of Hong Kong's most beautiful parks Tamar Park 🌳
For the ones not familiar with the Swedish all-time summer favorite, kubb simply translates to "block of wood" in Swedish and the purpose is to throw sticks at wooden blocks. It may not sound like much but we ensure you it is a lot of fun!
The event is free for SwedCham Young Professionals (members under the age of 35) and new students or interns in Hong Kong. For non-members the event costs HKD75. Also feel free to bring something to drink or eat, blankets will be provided to sit on!
- When? Wednesday 8th of September 6.00pm
- Where? Tamar Park (A more precise location will be given closer to the event)
- Who? Anyone under the age of 35 that are a part of or interested about Swedish business in Hong Kong.
Does not matter if you are a self-proclaimed kubbmaster or have never played before - everyone is welcome!
