SwedCham HK invites you to the Annual Swedish Midsummer Lunch at the W Hotel! Bring your colleagues and friends, and join us on the 21st of June to enjoy a traditional Swedish midsummer buffet including snaps, herring, meatballs, salmon, strawberries and much more!
The lunch is prepared by the Swedish Chef Robert Nilsson, Culinary Director at W Hong Kong. Chef Robert has worked in France, Denmark, Sweden and Dubai prior to Hong Kong, and loves to explore new high-quality ingredients from around the globe, and interpret them in his own unique style of cooking. Over the past 30 years, he has worked at an impressive selection of world-class resorts and several upscale Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants to develop his progressive culinary profession. With over 30 years experience, Chef Robert has won a string of awards including Swedish Chef of the Year, Nordic Chef of the Year and was the chef in-charge for the Nobel Prize Banquet for several years.
