Noah Herschman is a Senior Retail Industry Architect for Microsoft Consulting Services based in Hong Kong. He works with global online and offline retailers to digitally transform their operations in order to optimize customer experience and maximize sales, cashflow and profit. With Microsoft, Noah has worked with a large number of retail customers including IKEA, Walmart, Costco, and others.

Noah has more than 35 years of online and offline retail experience within a number of retail functions including merchandising/buying, marketing/CRM, supply chain/operations and sales management. He been involved in ecommerce since its inception in the mid-1990s and has held leadership positions at Amazon, eBay, Groupon and China’s DH Gate. His Amazon experience includes being a direct employee, a Third-Party Seller, as well as the Managing Director of Marketplace Ignition Asia, the leading Amazon marketplace consultancy.

Noah also has 20 years of offline retail experience as a member of the executive team at Tweeter, once the US’ largest chain of electronics specialty stores; and was also Chief Merchant for Staples China. Noah has an MBA from Boston University and has been living, studying and working in China since 2010; he speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

With more than 20 years of experience of the retail industry working for H&M, Magnus Olsson was in 2015 appointed as the Country Manager at H&M of Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Prior to this position, he worked in various positions and countries within H&M; including Sales and Country Manager H&M United Kingdom and Area Manager H&M United States. Since 2012, Magnus Olsson has been based in Asia, with responsibilities including Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau) as well as South East Asia.
