Join us at the Blue Room in SoHo House as we celebrate the book launch of "HONG KONG 100 DAYS" with and by Hong Kong-based photographer Andrea Björsell.
At the event, you will have the opportunity to buy Andrea's much anticipated book "HONG KONG 100 DAYS", a series that consists of black and white photos taken over the course of 100 days in Hong Kong. In her landmark photograph series from 2020 she captures the essence and beauty of everyday routines, as people get on with their life not because, but in spite of the pandemic.
On display will be a slideshow projecting the photos from the project, clips from the TV show "Hong Kong Stories - Connected with Hong Kong" featuring Andrea Björsell as well as a behind-the-scenes video highlighting the process of creating the book.

About the photographer
Andrea Björsell is a Swedish photographer, born in South Korea and based in Hong Kong. Andrea was introduced to photography already at a young age when she got her first camera, a Leica.
After Photography Studies at London College of Communications she pursued a career in professional photography. Through her lens, Andrea creates an illusionary experience through connections with the subjects and a search for the meaning in life.
Andrea has worked and exhibited in Stockholm, London, Los Angeles, New York and Hong Kong. Her camera of choice today is a Canon EOS R5.
