SwedCham HK and SwedCham China are happy to announce a webinar series in cooperation with Sino e-tail and Nordic Business House (NBH) with a focus on ecommerce, branding and marketing in the Chinese market . Over the course of 2 webinars you will learn about the Chinese market with from the perspectives of ecommerce and how to build up your brand targeting a Chinese audience.


Please note: The price to attend both webinars is 50 HKD for members and 120 for non-members, if you purchase a ticket to this 1st session a ticket to the second second will be included in the price. The second webinar will be held on the 24th of June at 15:00.


Joining us from Sino e-tail will be their CEO, John Skalin with over 15 years of e-commerce experience in Europe, China and Japan. In 2015 he founded Sino e-tail, a China and Japan e-commerce agency and logistics provider that helps bridge the cultural gap between the West and the East, and enables foreign brands to reach the world's biggest e-commerce market.


Representing NBH is Sarah Chu, Senior Advisor and Jonathan Kullman, CEO. NBH is the leading digital agency with extensive experience from branding and marketing of Nordic brands in China with office in Shanghai, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Reykjavik. Sarah has over 10 years of international branding and business development experience with particularly strong experience in China from her time as head of marketing at Ecco Shoe for Greater China. Jonathan have over 10 years of experience in greater China region and have a several year's experience from business development of international brands on the Chinese market with a focus of B2C. In 2014 Jonathan co-founded NBH with the ambition to enable international brands to develop and reach its potential on the Chinese market.


In this first webinar we will give you an introduction to the Chinese market where we will take a closer look at what you need to know about China in terms of ecommerce, branding and marketing, all with the purpose to give you a better understanding of what's needed when building up your business in China targeting Chinese consumers.

    CEO and founder of Sino Etail, is a serial entrepreneur from Stockholm, currently based in south China. John has more than 15 years of e-commerce experience in Europe, China, and Japan.

    John co-founded Prove IT 2004, Swedens biggest supplier of marketing floor plans to real estate agents. He also co-founded Style by Tyra 2009, the first big influencer fashion brand in Sweden. In 2015 he founded Sino Etail, a China and Japan e-commerce agency and logistics provider that helps bridge the cultural gap between the West and the East, and enables foreign brands to reach the world's biggest e-commerce market. John also has board and advisor assignments with companies in foodtech, retail and e-commerce.
