General Information


Talents, both foreign and domestic, are in high demand among companies in Hong Kong. At the same time numerous local, as well as exchange students (over 150 Swedish exchange students studying here this semester) are interested in pursuing careers in Hong Kong at companies influenced by Swedish values. 

 

With the Career Fair, SwedCham want to capture these corresponding demands. The Career Fair is a platform for our corporate members and young professionals/students to network, establish new connections and discover internships and job openings.

Katarina Ivarsson
Katarina Ivarsson, Head of Manyone Asia. Co-founder of Boris Design Studio, now a cornerstone of Manyone a global strategic design agency. Katarina has a Master of Industrial Design from Lund University and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Design of Advanced Practices at Hong Kong PolyU School of Design. In her role as head of Manyone Asia she is the executive lead for Design and Research projects in Asia and Europe with clients like IKEA, Kerry Logistics, Ericsson, Samsung and Husqvarna. She is vice-chair of the Board of Directors of Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Driven by the vision of curiosity and sustainability in both the physical and digital worlds, Katarina has co-authored several books and publications such as Building Folkhemmet with IoT and Plei-Plei on how we play and socialize with mobile technology.
