The Swedish Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to the third of the annual Nordic Summer lunches. On August 9 we are very happy to host the Nordic Summer Lunch at the renowned fine dining restaurant Frantzén's Kitchen in Sheung Wan. We will have the whole Nordic restaurant to ourselves but please note that spots are limited and will be served on first come first served basis.

We are delighted to coordinate with the other Nordic Chambers for this Networking Lunch. The concept is simple – bring your friends and colleagues and come meet members of other Nordic Chambers (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish) while enjoying a set lunch. Every guest will pay for their own lunch.

Please let us know what main course (Oven Baked Turbot or Grilled Beef Tenderloin) you would like to order. Send you preference to latest August 7, or write it in "Notes" when you register. If you would like vegetarian food, please let us know and we will arrange that for you.


Main Course:

Choice between:

OVEN BAKED TURBOT with blue mussel velouté, seaweed & lemon butter, dill.


GRILLED SWEDISH BEEF TENDERLOIN with smoked shiitake, sauce Périgueux, chanterelle aioli, enoki & dried wood garlic.


"SPICY RED", preserved strawberries, pink peppercorn, vanilla.

250 HKD + 10% Service charge (One glass of wine/beer/juice included)
