Ms. Banerjee is a Diversity & Inclusion coach and the co-founder of BusinessWiz Oy. Originally from India, she has an engineering background and worked as an IT consultant with clients across the world including Finland. Inspired by her experiences of working with diverse individuals in tech, and a vision to create inclusive workplaces she started BusinessWiz Oy, to help businesses on their journey to inclusion. She works with organizations to help them understand their existing company culture, provide them with tools to use diversity and inclusion as a competitive advantage and help them create a future-proof company culture.

She is actively working towards women empowerment and inclusive technology through her work and together with different organizations. She is on the board of International Working Women of Finland Ry and European Digital Society (in Geneva), she is also a governing council member for the WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) India-Finland bilateral council.

Ms. Chick has been working for a wide range of education, NGO and think-tank institutions, Benita has abundant experience in working with people of diverse background and culture and has a wealth of expertise in community outreach and social innovation. Previously she has served in Youth Arch Foundation, Earthwatch Institute and MWYO. In 2018, she founded Encompass HK, a social enterprise to promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a focus on SDG 3 Wellness, SDG 5 Gender Equality and SDG 12 Responsible Consumption. Benita is regularly interviewed by local and international media on SDG issues, and impactfully uses these channels to advance and promote the causes. She recently spoke at a TEDx event on her experience as a scuba diving instructor as well as on diversity and inclusion. Her other community commitments include serving as a Board Member of AIDS Concern Hong Kong, Education Director of Pink Alliance, Mentor for RESOLVE Foundation and Admission Interviewer for UWCLPC.

Mr. Henderson founded Whole Business Wellness in 2020 to provide multi-disciplinary wellness
services to organisations using AI, yoga, mindfulness, design thinking and 30 years of business leadership
experience to build wellness management capabilities at individual, team and organizational level. Brian
is a governor of The Women’s Foundation, an NGO promoting gender equality in Hong Kong. He was co-
founding Chair of the Male Allies initiative and was recognised for this as the 2017 American Chamber of
Commerce Champion for the Advancement of Women. Previously, Brian was Chief Operating Officer for
leading law firm, Baker McKenzie for 8 years and before that spent 13 years at Linklaters in a variety of
global leadership roles.
In addition to Whole Business Wellness, Brian is developing a portfolio career including coaching /
mentoring and consulting to law firms, additional NGO board roles and NED roles.
Brian was born in Belfast and has previously lived and worked in London and Paris. He is a qualified
lawyer, has an MBA from Cranfield University and is an accredited MBTI practitioner. Brian and Mary
have two adult children living and working in the UK, and a West Highland terrier living with them in
Hong Kong. When not walking the dog, Brian enjoys watersports, including sailing, outrigger canoeing
and open water swimming.

Ms. Jokiranta is a business psychologist who is working in a Finnish digital development company called Vincit. Vincit is an award -winning workplace that is known for its Leadership as a Service-ideology and company culture that nurtures individuality and uniqueness. Mari is passionate about developing diversity and inclusion in the tech-industry and one of the founding members of #ITclusive network.
