Katarina Ivarsson, Head of Manyone Asia. Co-founder of Boris Design Studio, now a cornerstone of Manyone a global strategic design agency. Katarina has a Master of Industrial Design from Lund University and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Design of Advanced Practices at Hong Kong PolyU School of Design.

In her role as head of Manyone Asia she is the executive lead for Design and Research projects in Asia and Europe with clients like IKEA, Kerry Logistics, Ericsson, Samsung and Husqvarna. She is vice-chair of the Board of Directors of Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Driven by the vision of curiosity and sustainability in both the physical and digital worlds, Katarina has co-authored several books and publications such as Building Folkhemmet with IoT and Plei-Plei on how we play and socialize with mobile technology.

Max Song is CEO of Carbonbase (carbonbase.co) building Asia’s first blockchain based carbon registry, a Forbes 30u30, HuRun U30, and Tatler Gen T Honoree, Schwarzman Scholar. Carbonbase also leverages data science and blockchain for enterprise solutions for measuring, managing and reducing individual and corporate carbon emissions. In addition, Max is the co-founder of Sustainable Bitcoin Protocol, (the world’s largest ESG sustainability standard for Bitcoin to facilitate institutional adoption), and Project Ark, a sustainable metaverse design studio partnered with WWF. Previously, Max worked in investments for HK family offices, where he invested in TMT, AI, blockchain, and healthcare. Max worked as a data scientist in Silicon Valley for Ayasdi, where he helped with data analysis applications for finance, biotech and healthcare. Max received a Masters degree from Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, and Bachelor of Science from Brown University, where he majored in Applied Math and Computer Science. Max is the co-chair of IEEE Planet Positive 2030 Forestry Committee, and a board director of a Asia virtual bank.
