Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events around the globe and has completed his Executive Masters in Technology & Innovation with the Poly University as well as the MIT Executive Leadership & Innovation Program.
Leonie has 21 years' experience in Strategic Organisational Change and People Management. Her engagements have been focused on refreshing organisational cultures by emphasising the importance of leadership driven talent management. She has worked hand-in-hand with a number of company Boards and Senior Executive teams to define their organisational Employee Value Propositions; develop organisation structures; enable diversity and inclusion; embed core competencies through learning and development programmes; align strategic rewards to drive the implementation of companies' strategies and coach leaders to implement change through their behaviours and approach to work.
Her global experience prepared her to understand the value of working with diverse teams to enable innovation and growth, both for the organisation and individual team members. She is a trained integral coach and experienced facilitator.
Adam is a career technologist, and leads KPMG's Technology Strategy and Emerging Technology teams as a Partner in Hong Kong. With advisory and delivery experience in North America and Asia, Adam has a track record of advising CIOs and CDOs to achieve measurable outcomes through technology.
Throughout his career, Adam has delivered digital strategy, IT solution architecture, and systems implementation initiatives for clients, while working with both lines of business and IT departments. He has deep experience in the utilities and travel and transportation sectors, but has worked broadly across sectors in Canada, the US, Hong Kong and China.
Adam also leads KPMG's blockchain team in Hong Kong, and is actively involved in education, helping to mentor and coach student groups and acting as a guest lecturer for technology courses at multiple universities in Hong Kong.
