Patrick Fung is the Chief Executive Officer of the Clean Air Network, a non-profit organisation that dedicates its focus to clean up the air in Hong Kong. Since 2016, Patrick led Clean Air Network to spearhead public engagement programme to arouse conversation and actions on improving walkability, transport management and zero emission mobility in Hong Kong. Under Patrick's leadership, Clean Air Network has developed extensive collaboration with the air science, public health, urban planning professionals, and civil, international and business community.

Patrick has 10 years of experience at public / NGO sector. He currently serves in the steering committee of non-profit Walk DVRC, and was appointed by the HKSAR Government as expert member of the Air Quality Objectives Review Working Group during 2016-18

Karine Hirn is a founding partner of East Capital, a Swedish investment management group specialising in frontier and emerging market equity markets, which bases its investment strategy on fundamental stock-picking and active ownership. She is Chief Sustainability Officer and Chairperson of East Capital entities in Luxembourg. She is also the vice chair of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and director of the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Alexander Mastrovito is Head of Sustainability at the Volkswagen Group commercial vehicle brand Scania in Asia-Pacific and Hong Kong. He was also the project leader for Scania’s deployment of autonomous trucks in Singapore and the architect of Scania’s Hong Kong Fleet Management Centre. Alexander works with driving the shift to a sustainable transport system by paving the way for zero emissions technology, waste-to-fuel, and connected vehicle solutions.

Alexander is currently an Associate Researcher on Sustainable Transport at the Hong Kong think tank Civic Exchange, Chairman of The Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s Sustainability Committee, Vice-chair of the European Chamber of Commerce's Environment and Energy Business Council, and Sustainable Living Environment Advisor at the Business Environment Council. He is also an ex officio member of the board of the Swedish chamber of commerce in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Scania in Hong Kong 7 years ago he was based in Beijing and has now spent 14 years in the Greater China region working mostly in the automotive industry.

He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden, and a post-graduate certificate in Sustainable Value-Chains from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Simon Ng is Director – Policy & Research at the Business Environment Council. He is responsible for BEC's work on policy advocacy, thought leadership development, and collaborative research on various environmental issues, including climate change, circular economy and sustainable living environment. Simon has over 20 years of experience in academic/policy research, project management and stakeholder's engagement.

Anna helps sustainable and innovative technologies find business opportunities in Hong Kong and Mainland China through project planning, strategy development and execution. She is specialized in sustainability reporting, with experience from the financial services industry and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
